Setup questions
Start with the transactional setup checklist and DNS guide. Confirm the account, verified domain, approved template, event verifier and scoped key in that order.
Delivery questions
Keep the email ID and inspect its later state. A 202 response means queued. Use delivery logs and signed webhooks to distinguish provider acceptance, delay, bounce and complaint observations.
