What we build
Emailer API helps small software teams connect approved transactional emails to real customer events. Customers can create an account using Google or an email link, resume a saved onboarding wizard and get help directly inside their workspace.
How the assistant works
The setup assistant is included in your Emailer API account. It can read account-scoped setup progress, check domain DNS, install approved templates, prepare supported DNS additions and generate integration code. Customers do not need another AI account. Optional OAuth-linked MCP tools provide access through compatible external assistants; client installation and account requirements vary.
What stays under customer control
Credentials belong in secure fields, not in assistant messages. Cloudflare credentials are encrypted and scoped to the connected customer domain. DNS plans expire and are rechecked before application. Customers review supported additions before applying them; the assistant and MCP tools cannot apply changes or send emails.
Each actual send requires a verified domain, an approved fixed template version and fresh event authorization bound to one recipient and the exact content. Stripe verifies financial receipts and paid orders. Other supported event types use a signed application callback. That callback authenticates the application’s assertion; it is not independent proof that an application owner is honest.
Our current stage
The Free for Life plan costs $0 per month and has no trial expiry or automatic paid upgrade. Shared delivery capacity is limited, and account allowances are upper bounds rather than reserved throughput. Read the exact limits before routing a workload. A 202 response means queued; delivery logs and webhooks describe later outcomes.
We do not claim independently verified superiority in inbox placement, uptime or latency. No customer logos, adoption figures, comparative benchmarks or compliance certifications are implied by this website.
How we review our content
Product guides are checked against our implementation and current operating limits. Competitor facts come from linked primary provider pages, with a review date. Comparisons are published by Emailer API and reflect our assessment, not an independent product test. We update or remove claims when evidence changes.
We use assisted drafting, then check product behavior, examples, sources and limitations before publication. Setup examples are labeled as examples. We do not manufacture customer stories or delivery statistics.
