Our target is up to 50,000 sends per day for qualified customers. That level is planned and not available today.

Your starting allowance is real. The maximum is a roadmap target.

New accounts start at 100 recipient reservations per UTC day and 3,000 per calendar month. New domains start at 100/day and hour. Existing saved allowances remain in force. All accounts share the current 1,000-attempt daily platform budget, including 50 reserved for identity mail.

The proposed daily steps

100 → 250 → 500 → 1,000 → 2,500 → 5,000 → 10,000 → 25,000 → 50,000

Only your saved account and domain limits are active. These are proposed review stages, not an automatic schedule. Monthly limits are separately enforced and must be reviewed alongside a daily increase. No stage reserves throughput, and the higher-capacity program is not open yet.

Strict warm-up, with a real review

  1. Verify the business and sending domain. Complete ownership, signing and real-event verification. Use the approved templates for messages customers actually need.
  2. Build a consistent history at the current limit. Gradual, wanted transactional traffic gives us evidence to review. Buying lists, cold outreach and manufactured engagement do not qualify.
  3. Show pristine sending quality. Review current delivery, bounce, complaint and provider reputation evidence. Missing, low-volume or stale measurements remain unavailable; silence is not proof of a clean history.
  4. Review capacity before increasing volume. A human must confirm that the sending infrastructure, domain pacing, account allowance and monthly ceiling support the next step. Passing a history review alone does not create capacity.
  5. Increase gradually and keep checking. There are no automatic daily jumps. Existing safety holds, suppression checks and verification continue to apply.

What does pristine mean?

It means an evidence-backed review of a verified sender with a clean recent record, rather than a checkbox or a promise to send well. The higher-capacity program will publish its final observation windows and measurable admission thresholds before applications open. We will not claim that someone qualifies while those checks or the required capacity are unavailable.

Why this approach?

We want to make a generous free service sustainable while protecting the quality of the mail customers send. Good sending practices matter on shared infrastructure. A seed network does not establish an inbox-placement guarantee or unlimited capacity.

Google recommends increasing volume gradually and monitoring delivery and sender reputation. Our review policy is our own; it is not an endorsement or certification from Google. Read Google’s email sender guidelines.

Your active limits stay visible

The dashboard and GET /v1/usage show your actual account limits. The usage response and setup assistant also identify the 50,000/day target as planned and unavailable. You never need to infer your allowance from a marketing headline.
